Known limitations and manual review

The homepage hero displays text over a background video. Automated scanners
cannot evaluate contrast over video and may report this as an error. This text
has been manually reviewed and, with a darkening overlay applied, provides
sufficient contrast for readability. We monitor and review this regularly.
